Return Policy

We hope you fall in love with each and every item you receive, but if for any reason you aren't, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
We will do all we can to make sure that happens.


Returns:

 ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN UNWORN AND UNWASHED.
  • Before returning any items:  please email us at lavishrosebyamy@gmail.com, please include your order number, date, and full name. Once we have accepted your return please include a written note containing your order number, date, and full name in the package. 
  • We do not issue refunds on any orders. We do however issue store credit.
  • All returns must be mailed to: 121S 5th St. Saint Pauls, NC 28384
  • Bodysuits, bralettes, accessories + hats, and any sale items cannot be returned.
  • You have a 14-day window from time of delivery to return your items for store credit.
  • We are not responsible for the shipping of returned items.

If you would like to return an item purchased from our storefront please adhere to receipt. 

Defective Items:

If you have received a defective item please contact our customer service, lavishrosebyamy@gmail.com, within 14 business days of receiving your purchase. Please include your full name, order number, date, item name or number, and photo of the defect in email. 

If you do not contact us within 14 business days, your item no longer qualifies for a returned item. 

 

Damaged Items: 

Our team takes pride in packaging items and making sure that they will arrive in the manner you purchased them. We are not  responsible once packages have been scanned with USPS, DHL, FEDEX, or UPS.
