After you’ve purchased your chain and charms, you will shoot us a text with your order number or first/last name! (910)301-4896

We can decide on your charms from there and fully customize your necklace! You’ll be able to see if lined-up before we make it!

If we are out of any charms that you like, we’ll try our best to find ones that are similar. You will always get the finally approval before we make your order.

- #1 Rollo Chain - silver 18.5”
- #2. Rhombus Chain - silver (304 stainless steel) 23.5”
- #3. Paper Clip Chain - silver or gold (Gold Not Pictured) 304 stainless steel 23.5”
- #4. Handmade Link - 18k gold plated 15.75” (on the shorter side)
- #5. Circle - 304 stainless steel gold plated (roughly 16” and 23.5” available)
Please note: not all charms will be available. We will try our best to keep most popular charms in stock, but due to the popularity of our charm bar we can’t make any promises.
Once you confirm your necklace/bracelet we will not be able to exchange/return jewelry. These are all FINAL SALE.
If you have any problems with your charm jewelry (jump hoop falling off, stones falling out of charms, etc) please text/message us and we can help you out!
We are NOT responsible for tarnished/discoloration of jewelry. Most of our chains are 304 stainless steel so they are water-resistant not water-proof! We are not able to provide all stainless steel charms so these are a variety of materials (metal, alloy, gold plated, stainless steel, etc.)
Even though your charm jewelry may be 304 Stainless Steel, it is still possible that shampoo/conditioner, pool chemicals, lotions, etc can discolor jewelry. We always recommend taking jewelry off before you go for a swim, are at the beach, or shower!
